This policy explains the data eGamz needs to run training, payments, classrooms, and notifications safely—and the choices available to you.
This policy applies when players, experts, system administrators, and visitors use eGamz websites, dashboards, native applications, classrooms, support tools, or related services.
It covers data handled by eGamz. A linked service may also process data under its own privacy policy.
We process only the information needed to operate and protect the platform, including:
We do not sell player or expert personal data. We share the minimum necessary data with services used to deliver an enabled feature, such as OAuth providers for sign-in, Stripe for payments, self-hosted LiveKit infrastructure for classrooms, hosting and storage providers, email delivery, and APNs, FCM, or WNS for optional device notifications.
If the assistant is enabled, submitted text may be sent to the configured AI provider after application redaction and moderation. Public profile fields, approved reviews, and published CMS content are visible only when their visibility and consent rules allow it.
Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Active account and training records remain while needed to provide the service. Security, audit, payment, enrollment, consent, and accounting records may be retained longer where needed to protect users, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Assistant conversations and recordings follow the configured operational retention policy.
Signing out removes that device session and its notification registration. Closing an eligible student account removes or anonymizes personal profile activity, while financial and enrollment records may remain anonymized. Experts or administrators with active responsibilities must contact us so obligations can be reviewed before closure.

eGamz uses access controls, role and ownership checks, encrypted transport, protected private media routes, limited administrative sessions, upload validation, and audit logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Providers and infrastructure may process data in countries different from yours. We select necessary services and apply contractual, technical, and access safeguards appropriate to the information handled.
Use eGamz only if you can legally agree to these terms where you live. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, that permission must be obtained before creating an account, purchasing training, joining a recorded session, or sharing personal information.
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the account inbox or another appropriate channel.
