These terms apply when you access or use eGamz. By continuing, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. Use the platform only if you can legally form this agreement where you live; obtain parent or guardian permission where local law requires it.
If you use eGamz for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
A cohort page describes its expert, format, schedule, capacity, language, price, included material, and applicable expectations. Review those details before enrolling. Coaching supports player development but does not guarantee a rank, match result, team placement, income, or esports career.
Experts must deliver only authorized training, protect student information, keep published credentials accurate, and follow platform scheduling, recording, moderation, and content rules.
Session times can change or be cancelled. eGamz records the current schedule and sends available in-app notices, but you remain responsible for checking your dashboard and device timezone.
Camera, microphone, chat, screen sharing, and recording are controlled by classroom policy and your current permissions. Where recording consent is required, you must choose before joining. Do not secretly record, rebroadcast, scrape, or distribute a session, private chat, student identity, or protected recording.
eGamz, experts, and licensors retain ownership of their platform, branding, training material, videos, recordings, and other content. A valid enrollment gives you a limited, personal, revocable right to use entitled material for learning; it does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution.
You retain rights in content you submit, but grant eGamz the limited permission needed to host, process, moderate, display, back up, and deliver it according to your chosen visibility and the product feature.
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, cheat, exploit minors, publish private information, upload malware, bypass access controls, interfere with sessions, manipulate reviews, misuse payment disputes, or use eGamz for unlawful activity.
Reviews and community contributions must reflect genuine experience. Public review sharing requires consent and moderation; administrators may reject or remove content but may not rewrite a player’s feedback as their own.
Some functions depend on third-party identity, payment, notification, media, or app-platform services. Their terms may also apply. eGamz may temporarily restrict a feature for maintenance, security, provider failure, legal compliance, or to protect users.
We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. The persistent dashboard inbox remains the source of truth when a push, email, or device alert is delayed or unavailable.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or systems, respond to payment status, or enforce these terms. Access can also end when an account closes, an entitlement expires, or a role is revoked.
Account closure does not erase obligations already incurred. Financial, enrollment, consent, safety, and audit records may be retained or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy. Experts and administrators with active responsibilities may need a managed handover before closure.
To the extent allowed by law, eGamz is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation must be interpreted only to the maximum extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
These terms do not create employment, agency, partnership, or a guarantee that an expert or student will achieve a particular outcome.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will appear here, and material changes may be communicated through the account inbox or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an effective update means the revised terms apply, subject to mandatory law.
